Day 5

Today wasn't bad at all. I'm starting to get more and more creative with my food, but this is stuff you would never think of mixing together for a normal meal. My highlight of today, diet wise, was I found some beverages with stevia. Stevia is a natural sweetner and is on the approved list, where aspartame and saccharin aren't. So there is Virgil's Diet Rootbeer, and Sobe Lifewater 0 calorie. Something other than water for me.

Meals:
Breakfast- orange and water
Lunch-Chicken, green chile's, and an orange, and cucumbers
Dinner-Grilled Chicken with a little bit of tomato paste and green chiles and cucumbers.

My dinner sounds strange but it was so good and felt like I was eating a hearty meal. I was so incredibly full after din din.

My evening weight is 197.0

Tomorrow will be a challenge for me cause all I want to do is watch football from the time I wake up to the time I fall asleep..... And what is football without some kind of junk food right?
