Day 3

So today was a lot easier than yesterday. I think that preparation put me over the top on the hunger pangs. So for breakfast I ate an orange and a ton of water. I was pretty hungry until 10am then the hunger subsided. I found that eating ice cubes really helped me out, although I know eating them isn't exactly great on the teeth. Then I didn't even really get hungry after that but I ate another orange at 1pm, just for fun. Then when I got home during my lunch break, I grilled another piece of chicken and ate a red, ripe tomato. That tomato was juicy and once again the highlight of my food thus far. I normally eat super fast, as if I was starving. Now that I am on this HCg business I tend to take my time and have really enjoyed the taste of it all, a bit of a gourmand. Still have to look in the pantry and there are still those blasted cookies that keep screaming at me "EAT ME!!!"... but I stared them right in their creamy goodness and said "BACK OFF."

The HcG should now be present in my system, and I'm pretty sure that it is what was curving my appetite. Supposedly it is to deplete fat cells, so that one is not as hungry, and thus able to live off 500 cals.

I will post my stats again either tonight or early AM.

  1. don't you worry, i will have polished those cookies off by the end of today... there will be temptation no more.

    just have to say way to go on the diet hon... i am proud of ya...
